Reaching Out to Future Medical Students

The 医学学院 is an innovative health careers discovery program for central Ohio high school juniors and seniors.
The year-long exploration program begins with an intensive four-day summer camp in June, followed by quarterly enrichment activities during the school year.
The 医学学院 is held at the bet8九州登录入口 Heritage College of 整骨疗法的医学 on the new bet8九州登录入口, 都柏林大学, home to the latest learning technologies, 临床模拟中心, high-tech clinical examination rooms and anatomy laboratory. 程序 activities include classroom instruction, 团队项目, hands-on clinical experiences and work with health professionals.
OhioHealth is our signature sponsor and program partner, providing medical content experts from a range of disciplines who actively engage participants. The program is intended to strengthen the pipeline of future medical and health care professionals in central Ohio.
Registration for the Summer 2020 program opens February of 2020. Through the generous support by our sponsors, the 医学学院 is provided at no cost to participants. We highly encourage high school students who will be first in their immediate family to attend college to apply
克利夫兰校园
The Aspiring DOctors Precollege 程序 is a comprehensive, three-year pipeline program targeting high school students from historically underrepresented backgrounds to foster their interest in pursuing careers in science and health.
Students in the program visit the 克利夫兰 campus each year starting in 10th grade to learn more about osteopathic medicine and other health care careers through participation in academic enrichment and hands-on learning activities.
讲座, hands-on clinical activities, case-based learning lessons and college/career readiness workshops will be delivered by the Heritage College, 克利夫兰, 教师, 教职员和医科学生.
